Generalities

Is the Swiss Made name protected ?

Yes absolutely, only watches with at least 60% of the value produced in Switzerland can bear the Swiss Made label.

What does the Vetro Artistico® Murano label guarantee?

The Vetro Artistico® Murano label established by the Veneto Region and managed by Consorzio Promovetro guarantees that the product it refers to is made on the Italian island of Murano in the Venice lagoon and that the craftsmen who manufacture it meet the required criteria.

Yes, we only use first quality movements manufactured in Switzerland.

Does MURANO SWISS WATCHES use a hypoallergenic stainless steel ?

The European Union directive in force, which has been incorporated into the REACH legislation since 2009, stipulates that any object in direct contact with the skin must have a maximum release rate.
0.5 μg/cm2/week.
MURANO SWISS WATCHES uses only 316L stainless steel, also known as medical steel, for all its frames and buckles. This steel contains about 12% nickel, but the properties transferred to the skin are less than 0.2 micrograms per square centimeter and per week well below the prescribed standard.
However, we are not satisfied with this result, we are constantly looking for the best and most natural materials to anticipate standards, provide a solution to those who have allergies and simply reach a day 100 % natural.
